What is Pilates?
Pilates is. . . . . .
A form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy and people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation. The benefits of Pilates that most people report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and ease.

Class Description
Pilates Reformer Intro
Learn & Master the fundamental Pilates Reformer Training & Equipment. These classes are a prerequisite to Reformer I.
Reformer I
Intermediate Level Pilates Reformer training. These classes are a prerequisite to Reformer II.
Reformer II
Advanced Level Pilates Reformer training.
What is Pilates?
Free orientation class which allows you try out the equipment and learn about the training.

You may sign up for classes at Member Services or email pilates@ccathleticclub.com If you would like to schedule a private, duet, or group session outside of our regularly scheduled classes, please contact one of the instructors listed below or email pilates@ccathleticclub.com
