What is Pilates?
Pilates is. . . . . .
...a form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy and people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation. The benefits of Pilates that most people report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and ease.

How to sign up for classes...
You may sign up upstairs outside our Pilates Room or email pilates@ccathleticclub.com If you would like to schedule a private, duet, or group session outside of our regularly scheduled classes, please contact one of the instructors listed below or email pilates@ccathleticclub.com
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel a session. Otherwise, you will be charged for that session.
